As General Manager Technical Sales Aluminium Rolling Mills (FRA) you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the employees in the FRA area and bear central responsibility for securing the financial success of our product portfolio for aluminium flat rolling mills. You and your team will represent our products internally and externally within the aluminium industry. Your tasks include, for example:

• Resource planning and continuous personnel and area development based on our corporate values
• Translating and implementing the corporate strategy within your area of responsibility
• Active contribution to product marketing via trade shows, publications, presentations or social media campaigns
• Customer support and assistance in technical discussions and negotiations domestically and internationally
• Integrated product management in close cooperation with product-related departments such as Electrical & Automation, Digitalization and Service to increase profitability and drive service growth

You hold a degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering Bachelor/Master) or a comparable discipline. Additionally, we place importance on:

• Several years of professional experience in project planning, engineering or commissioning of metallurgical plants, preferably with knowledge of aluminium rolling mills
• Enthusiasm for leadership, motivation and development of employees
• Confident appearance with customers and business partners
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, resilience and decisiveness
• Flexibility and readiness to travel internationally
• Ability to identify necessary change processes and implement them successfully
• Proficient English skills
